  • Media & Marketing Preferences: Explicit records of your choice to opt in or out of photography.

2. Why We Need It and How We Use It

We use this data under the legal bases of contractual necessity (to run the classes) and vital interests (to keep your child safe). Specifically, we use it to:

  • Register your child for classes, manage registers, and track attendance via ClassForKids.
  • Ensure our dance instructors are fully aware of any physical limitations, injuries, or medical needs.
  • Process official exam entries and submit necessary candidate criteria to the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD).

  • Royal Academy of Dance (RAD): When entering your child for official ballet exams, we securely submit their full name, date of birth, and gender to the RAD Examination Board.
